Doctor Phillips Hospital. First off let me start by saying I use to love this Hospital and everything they stood for. The first couple of times I went the staff and doctors were amazing they saved my life when I had to have surgery. But this time on Tuesday 16th 2022. My experience was different it's like some of the staff didn't care about why I was there or what I wanted. They didn't listen. The nurse's on the 3rd floor were amazing. But when they moved me to the 5 floor the nurse's there were rude and had nasty attitudes. I just want to go home . My experience this time was not great. Don't get me wrong the doctors were amazing. Will I go to this hospital again don't know. ๐ช๐ช๐ช

I had Horrible experience with a staff member unprofessional training and bedside manner. Staff member thought it was ok to Aggressively rip off sensors with my body hair attached and not give any forewarning or apology after it was done. Simply staring me down with cold look ;stoic unemotional unapologetic stare .The women named Lilly R. acted annoyed I was in pain was waiting for me to just be quiet so she can finish doing her job. When I let her know that causes me pain zero empathy when I ask for a supervisor did not give a supervisor. When I spoke to other doctors in vicinity My complaints fell on deaf ears. Lily still annoyed decided to just walk out the door and leave. If you hate your job get another job. Not all staff members act Egotistical arrogant bullies like Lilly R some are good caregivers. To add insult to injury I was in the department to get a stress test not to get more stress.

My first surgery at this hospital. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness, pre-op precautions to ensure I was as bacteria free as possible before headed to the operation room and of course scrub once I arrived as well. The organization and efficiency from reception, registration, nursing, anesthesiology, and surgical team was top notch. I went into surgery feeling extremely confident in my care team. Would definitely have surgery at this hospital again, if needed (hopefully not ๐).

I was hospitalized there last year and no wonder my dad and uncle have consistently chosen this place over the competition. Love my chart - gives you access to all your records including imaging. The nurses were all great. Especially the head nurse of the floor i stayed at. And the doctors were highly competent. I was glad they also saw me after I was discharged in their own practices. There are opportunities for improvement but overall I have been able to compare and this group has made a difference. Very grateful and I strongly recommend this system. One more thing: please accept my insurance back ๐๐ผ

The wing I was in had six floors
Usually in the rooms or you can always call the kitchen or ask the nurse station they are always willing to help.
I would think no.. unless you are in the medical field and it is part of your program and if the hospital allows it as there are such issues like HIPPA etc.
To in patients only
I was there about 3 weeks ago. It was very quick about 30 minutes or less
Not enough info to give you an answer . It would merely be a biased opinion based upon unsubstantiated hearsay. I never met an unfeeling nurse in over 50 years of medical practice.
You will need to call that department directly.
Call admissions at the hospital
I think so
And
You have 2 options. Call and speak to patient business and they can direct to the patient portal. Patient portal will give you access to your test via email. Or come in to DPH and get medical records.
You want to inquire with their outpatient centers via OH network. I am not familiar with this specialist type in their network. Would recommend you go to your PCP office to discuss this. Also look at the physician office building near hospital. I believe there's a mental health clinic there that preform that.
Yes Orlando Health offers online bill pay.
The same thing happened to me, which insurance company?
I need better details
Unsure..I would call.. I did see a building outside main hospital which said woundcare
If he goes to the hospital they're just going to take X-rays and give him something for the pain, but the X-rays will not show anything he's going to need an MRI.
From 9 a.m. until 1 a.m.
