They do have private and group lessons. If you see the front desk they have a newsletter which gives you the scheduled group times
Yes they do have adult group lessons. Also private lessons are available. The guy that teaches the adult classes is terrific! I am one of their preschool instructors.
What I am sure about is there is a wonderful help desk people. They will be more welcome to answer you. In addition I have seen some people whom practice swimming they could be under training I really don't know.
