Zero empathy staff. Came by to pick up my son from the preschool and asked to use the bathroom for an emergency. The staff refused to let me in because it was "against the policy". Their solution was to have me wait an additional 10 minutes for my son to come out of preschool and then have me drive a mile down the road to 7-11 to use the bathroom. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend supporting this facility.

Love this indoor pool. Clean and lots of activities. The restroom and changing room was also very clean and able to accommodate families. This is nice especially when you have small children. Changing rooms were also warm. The pool was lots of fun and had a small child area. Great for families to go to and the pool itself was warm. They will close the pool due to a storm for safety reasons which is to be expected. They are also very reasonably priced and you can stay as long as you wish for one low cost. Life jackets are provided here as well which is really nice. Bring your own snacks since there are none to purhase. Highly recommend and will return.

My son is taking swim lessons. Very friendly instructor and kids are having fun time.

We went to the leisure pool at the rec center for a birthday party today. My daughter loved the big water slide! However, there was such a strong chlorine smell, that it left us with burning eyes, and my daughter a cough and sore throat. Showering won't get rid of the pool smell. They desperately need ventilation or an adjustment to their chemicals. We will not be returning.

Pool is closing on Monday for the summer. They are putting in a new ventilation and hvac system and expanding thr competition pool area. As far as i know there will not be any changes to the leisure pool area.
They do have private and group lessons. If you see the front desk they have a newsletter which gives you the scheduled group times
