A smaller petco. No Vetco total care here but Vetco team comes here for vet vaccination needs. Not many selections for dog toys so I couldn't find what I want.

In regards to grooming - it's been such a tough experience. The hard part about writing this is that when they actually show up and do their job, they do a pretty decent job. The problem is for the past 4 groomings, they've cancelled either the day before or the day of. The communication is horrible. The reliability is non-existent. For us, we have to move our work schedules around to be able to drop off the dog and be available for pick up - this is why we've scheduled our groomings weeks in advance. The first call-out was because of COVID, the next one was because the groomer cut her finger, the next one was because the groomer was out sick, and the one this week was because the groomer was out for an unknown reason. It's just always something. You may be asking yourself why do we continue to try to use their services... it's because it's hard to find a groomer right now - they are completely overloaded. And honestly, when we actually do get to bring our dog, they do a good job. It's also an affordable and convenient place. We were promised by the new manager, Raven, that this would not happen again and that she's doing everything she can to "clean up this place." Well...it happened again this week and now she won't return our phone calls. Just terrible customer service. Such a bummer. I get that things happen but when there is a consistent pattern, it is extremely inconvenient for the customer. There's no way we're the only ones that this has happened to. Now we're back to the drawing board to try to find a reliable groomer.
