A complete disaster area. Clothing, shoes, and accesories spread everywhere on floor. Looks awful, can't believe JC Penny has fallen so far so fast.

No, they closed the stores that were making the least amount of money which has now made them more profitable with the remaining stores that make more money.
They require you to wear a mask upon entering and they have hand sanitizers at the registers
