Is there a veterinary clinic that offers reduced or free services for those who cannot pay? My mother is retired on a fixed income with a 15 year old cat that needs his right eye removed due to cancer and infection.

There's a clinic on HSt. Called Atlas The guys who own it are great guys they may help you or put you in touch with someone who can help you.Do not take the cat to the humane society because of the age of the cat they will tell you to put it down.Try Atlas. Good luck.
