You can take to the NY Ave location. I picked up my dog that ran away from there, and they were taking in a stray that same day!
Most likely you will need to bring them to the Oglethorpe location. Call before you go to make sure they can accept the surrender today. Thanks so much for taking care of those pups in the meantime!
