Kittens are available for adoption around 8 weeks old. The adoption fee includes microchip, spay/neuter, and age appropriate vaccinations. Additional vaccinations may be required once a kitten reaches a certain age.

I do believe so. They won't release a kitten until about 8-12wks though.
