They do sell used - and I'm sure they have the best pricing around. They are the most down-home honest no-frills bike shop you will find.
I shop here and they do sell very good used bikes sometimes some really awesome deals. Price range is from I would say 100 or 150 and up. All bikes are very nice here best prices in town I've found.
