I worked @ PDI for less than a year when the Systems department / Low Voltage department was on diapers and growing. The company has an impressive infrastructure and the facilities are amazing - it gets you excited, right. When I got hired here the company literally hired the trunk slammers of the world in the AV industry and positioning them as Senior Executives, Sr Project Managers and other higher tier positions. When I started to work here and saw the culture and how it reflected and you needed to click with this old car salesmen in the systems department that they called executives - it was a joke. Younger guys with ambition, more experience will have a hard time shining and growing - They will boot you. PDI lives by there core values which sad to say didn’t see anyone in the system department actually showing it. PDI has so much people as executives thinking that they actually know the trade which 85% dont know it in that department and are not able to see the true talent that are slipping away in there faces Because of your bad hiring, bad culture In the systems department you have made it easier to take over a lot of your LV projects which is sad but true where a complete joke of designs, Management, quality and execution. I hope you learn from those mistakes and you have completely clean house in that department and be more careful who you boot out - Poor Judgement.

Doesn't believe employees should be above the poverty line. Will do everything in their power to short change them including missclassifying them to avoid paying their wages as well as donating to politicians who oppose fairly compensating employees in a vastly inflated economy. If a business doesn't stand by their employees and actively treats them as disposable then I wonder how they treat their work.

I stumbled onto this Fitness track at power design, while I was looking for a walking route. This is a great track! Sorry I didn't stumble upon a sooner, but hey let's move forward!
