Session is 3-5 mins long and wait time longer than that , which makes sense because of the price. But my issue that I emailed them and requested the cancellation of my membership ( 4-5 months I paid and been there only ONES ) , and I emailed them that I moved and I need cancel, than month later I got changed again. When I called, lady respond was “ you have to fill out the form” , and no I’m not filing out anything my call and email from address on file should be enough. Makes me feel like business just looking for a reasons too keep change people , be aware. Note : when I signed up lady said call or email we will cancel, no one every told me I need to sign the forms , it’s just an extra waste of the time … Will deal with my bank since now, didn’t find the solution with business.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I am VERY UPSET!! This place is a SCAM!!! I first signed up in the month of January. When filling out paperwork, I reiterated to the gentleman helping me that I only wanted to sign up for that month, and did NOT want recurring payments coming out of my account. He assured me that there would be no payments coming out of my account. Today I noticed I have been charged 3 times for $69.00. When I called to ask about it, I was delivered with the WORST customer service by a nasty girl named Britney. She was so rude on the phone, talking over me with extreme attitude and even hung up on me when I pointed her attitude out. All because I asked for a refund. She stated that I should have read the contract. Well I didn’t even know I was signing a contract!! I feel that I was lied to in January and tricked into signing a contract. I called back and spoke to Shannon, whom was not very helpful to say the least, she however did not talk to me with attitude like her poor coworker Britney. I asked to speak to a manager, and was denied. Apparently they don’t have managers there. They took my name and number and have yet to call me back. If you like your money and time I highly suggest NOT going to the joint. Go anywhere else. I am furious with the joint. This could have been easily resolved, instead I was delivered customer service worse than a server swamped on a holiday. My worst customer service encounter I’ve ever experienced. BRITNEY YOU SHOULD WORK FROM HOME WHERE YOU DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
