My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a bicycle for the first time in 20 years and were referred here by another shop. We didn't know what we were looking for by name but we knew the style of bike we were aiming for. The staff there was incredibly quick to notice that we needed help. Ritchie in particular was an amazing help and guided us on recommended purchases built from his personal biking experience. We were easily able to try the bicycles out, and as well the shop handled installation of all the components we bought. We even ended up needing a bike rack to bring the bikes back home due to poor planning, and Ritchie took the time to walk us through setting up the bike rack so that we could get our bikes home safely. We've been riding these bikes daily since then, and if it weren't for this place I'd still be bike-less wondering what life would be like if I took it up again. Thanks for all the help!

I brought my bike in for service because it was making a creaking noise when I pedal hard. I expected to drop it off and pick it up later in the week. The tech who was working insisted on taking a quick look at it and he remedied the issue very quickly and charged what I thought was a very reasonable amount for the adjustment. I'll definitely be back!

I didn't feel like they were pushing me towards something too fancy--rather, they seemed to listen to my requests and I ended up with an easy-riding, comfortable bike that was less than I expected to pay. Trek St Pete is an incredible shop! And my salesperson Debbie is outstanding - friendly and knowledgeable with astute attention to detail... I haven't been on a bicycle in many years. I'm very short and overweight, and I wanted a bicycle that would be fun, durable, and comfortable for my size while also being one that I could ride for 3-8 miles daily as my endurance builds. I found the perfect bike in the Trek Verve Disc 3 extra small. I've had it for 2 days now, and it's exactly the right bike for me. I'm still getting used to riding again, and on this bike - it's so much fun, and my skill level is returning quickly. As times goes on, I look forward to adding accessories and maybe even upgrading the bike in a few years to a road bike... For now, this is the perfect start and I'm grateful to the Trek St Pete team!
