As opposed to the computer voice that you will also get in calling ANY business today? Listen to the computer message thru to the end & I believe that you might be offered a different phone of which to use to speak with a worker at the location. Too, when you listen fully to the mssg press whatever option is closest to your question & at some points you'll likely be switched over to a postal worker to aid you further. If none of my suggestions gets you the desired resolution, drive to the post office to inquire in person.
There is no way to talk to anyone without going into office. Their customer service line states they care and want to hear but there is no option to talk to a human.
