Parking is always tough due to the way that the lot is shaped. There is always a wait, no matter what day or time you go. Usually the staff are friendly, but sometimes it's clear that they are extremely stressed.

Well, I just went to the post office on Haines and 9th today to drop off the food bag because it was too heavy for the mail man to carry. The lady behind the counter told me I had to take it to the main office downtown. (That was not going to happen!). Her boss came out and said, Yes we can take them over the counter. And the lady was really mad then. So… everyone go down to Haines and 9th and drop you food bags off and make this lady’s day! 😃😃😃

I literally never write reviews but I’ve never seen such a nasty rude employee at any establishment in my life. watched her belittle and yell at an old man because he accidentally pressed the wrong button on the credit card machine. I was just in shock and of course she was just as nasty and rude to me and everyone else in the post office. definitely someone that doesn’t need to interacting with any customers.

For the most part, I have had a good experience at this location but there is one particular associate who usually works the far register, whom every time I'm in there seems to have a bad attitude. Literally, every week I drop of my mail I hear her talking down to customers about how they packaged their mail, or how they wrote the address (she can't read it, or it's too big) loud enough for everyone to hear. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff is very helpful and pleasant.
