Can’t get through to a person on the phone. Worse phone system than comcast.

I used the yellow USPS form requesting a HOLD on our mail delivery, as we were going to be out of town for a week. I also gave a date stating when I would be picking the mail up from post office. My home camera shows that mail continues to be delivered daily to our house. Some service! Also, in the months of August and September, the mail carrier/post office “lost” a total of 3 envelopes containing our checks for electric, gas, & water/trash. We ended up paying late fees. Have since switched to auto pay. It’s unfortunate that people can’t be fired from the postal service for incompetence.

I find it very rare to have a positive experience at any post office, and this one is no exception. The woman here tried to tell me I couldn't mail a package that I've mailed hundreds of times to customers, the posted of which was printed using a USPS app that connects to our ecommerce store. Everything she said was disputed and she just kept saying "those are the rules." Are those the rules or are you wrong and too rigid to admit it?

This is the worse USPS I've ever dealt with. With so many bad reviews I wonder why something hasn't been done to fix the place yet. My mail is constantly being placed in other people mail box. When my mail box had my duplex letter on it and my name. They're just careless no matter how many complaints I put in it still happens. The mail is always coming late because employees are always calling off. This place is ridiculously still being ran by inconsiderate people and that shouldn't be the case when people's mail is the case.

Not sure...go to usps.com
They are supposed to forward for 12 months
I believe it would have plenty of time to get there. But if theres anything of value I would personally deliver.
3"X5.5"= $28.00/3 Months 5"X5.5"= $40.00/3 Months https://poboxes.usps.com/findBox.html?q=33731
Yes but you have to follow the package size specifications for the mailbox. There are some for envelopes only and some you can out small/medium packages in.
