I purposely cleared my calendar and was home all day waiting for delivery (Aug 15th) and re-delivery (Aug 17th). I took time to leave instructions for re-delivery to ensure I received my ergonomic work-desk chair (I have back pains) which my employer ordered for me through Amazon. Initially this USPS left a slip saying they couldn't deliver the item because it was "heavy" even though a MUCH heavier item (desk) was delivered Aug 15th without any issue (my building has an elevator and carts). I was told by a neighbor they saw the delivery person put no effort into attempting delivery, they simply left a slip inside my mailbox and doubly underlined "must pick up." They didn't ring my doorbell either time, and they didn't call me despite me submitting my phone number for contact. No work effort from this branch. Other USPS branches are much better. Ruining my whole work week.

Trash. Went all the way here today to get a ebay package returned that originally came through usps. Had shipping label on my phone and was immediately told by whoever the girl was at the desk " You have to print that." OBVIOUSLY then proceeded to say we don't do that here and turns and walks away, rude. They have an entire facility but no way of printing shipping labels? Ridiculous. Took package to UPS for a small fee and was in and out in 5 mins. Will never use usps, atleast not this location.

Michael helped me send my package much cheaper than I expected. He was also patient with me when I didn't have the address ready like I should have. Everything was quick and painless. Great service.

BEWARE your Mail is NOT SAFE with these unprofessional postal workers. Especially Joy so called supervisor over Jeannie who identified herself Monday as a supervisor. They don't even understand what a confirmation of holding the mail means. I have a confirmation to hold my mail as of 11/01/21. I Drove there Showed them the CONFIRMATION Number, to get my mail they was put on Hold 11/01 No one could find it! Jennie tells me she will call me Monday or Tuesday it's now Wednesday I haven't got a call so I called back since no one bothered to call me either way. She said she would Call ME after speaking to my carrier Bob. Now she says she spoke to Bob & he's delivered my mail anyways, to a Mail Box that I NO Longer have a Key too! Then proceeded to say over & over & Over would you like your mail held!!!! What the ****! Yes or I wouldn't have a confirmation that it's being held on 11/01/21!!!! When I ask Don't you know how to do your job!? Joy hung up and would not answer after calling back 7 times.

Who te heck is this
I got told my mail was with the postman. . because he was changing the lock...then I got told by supervisor she would bring me my new key because the postman that had my key called off and they didn't know where the key was. Then I got told he changed someone else box but not mine.. all lies... I went through Christmas and new year's with no mail. No keys. Even changed my Fri plans because she told me she was bringing my key. I actually cried in the post office and almost spoke to a lawyer. I signed for the post office to HOLD my mail but they did not. Finally. I got my key. Will never go back to that post office. What else do they lie about. So frustrating and just wrong

It depends on the community and what the issue is. Start with asking the office where u live
No
That's already a thing. It's called Informed Delivery that shows what letters you are going to receive that day.
