The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because my stuff I store here has had no issues....that being said.... I was originally in contract with the local company before store space took over. Since Store Space, my price has gone up $50 per month. Why? This is ridiculous. Do I have the time, energy or money to move everything out to another place? No and they know this. They lock you in and jack up prices with a letter. Also many times I have gone to my unit the doors to the building have not been locked, there is trash everywhere, nobody on site to answer questions. If I get one more price increase it will be a quick good bye because it's not costing them anymore for what they paid to be there. They just want to earn a quick buck. Sad really. And if you notice I will get the same response every other 1 or 2 star review gets. There is no management looking into this and they will require me to reach out to their corporate company, located who knows where. Be warned.

I've had two units here for the past 3 years or so. They went through a rough patch, with staffing issues, theft and security issues, but seem to be doing better now. However, I get emails every couple of months now stating that "regretfully, we have to raise prices" while offering no new services or benefits to tenants. Has ended up costing me probably an additional $100 a month. Generally satisfied, but beware of frequently increasing prices.

This is a nice facility however they dramatically raise prices annually. I received an email this month right after I paid my rent that informed me of a $50.00 a month increase. The total amount for my sized unit was now going to be close to 3 times the price quoted on the web. I moved everything out within days. I paid for the total month yet only had the unit for 9 days. When I requested a prorated refund for the unused time, they refused. If you're going in on a temporary basis, it's fine but if you're storing longer term, they gouge you.

I really appreciate store space self storage. It's convenients is amazing. I'm between homes right now I needed to store my stuff immediately not only were they able to assist me with this but I also got the first month half price which was actually something I needed at this point in time with all the changes going on in my life and my movie. I would highly recommend store space self storage to store your needs your belonging it's a safe environment everything is locked up and I've noticed that the people that go there are decent people as well they seem to be very well put together I feel storage space self storage does a really good job renting their units and choosing who they rent to. Thank you store space for making my life a little easier!
