Booking my storage unit was super simple online. I drove over immediately to drop off my boxes and was greeted professionally and with a smile! I was escorted to my new unit so that I knew exactly where to go and was extremely happy with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property!

I arrived on the scene and noone was in the office. I called the number that was on the door. It read call this number we will be right there. I called and Greg was on the floor helping another customer. Once he finished he came out to let me know he was available. He was very kind and helpful. He processed me in a quick manner but not to fast that I didn't understand him. He explained everything form the hours to insurance thoroughly. The customer service he displayed was superb! The storage building was clean throughout the entire building.

I was welcomed by Bill upon entering building. Facility is brand new, climate controlled and spotless! Was given a tour of the grounds as well as thorough instructions on how to enter the building.Unit itself was large, clean and well lit. Definitely recommend Extra Space Storage on 7thAve.
