I have loved Los betos for years and years, it my go to greasy breakfast burrito after one of those nights camping and rolling back into town. However I have noticed at the Caldwell location it's hit or miss on quality. For breakfast the bacon is often undercooked and even unble to chew through. The chiroizo when its pink, and I do mean pink, it is inedible. I'm not sure what the issue is but I can no longer reliably order items with bacon or chiroizo.
