every time i’ve gone i’ve seen nice nurses but every single time i call the ladies are always so rude and short to me over the phone and heavy sigh at my questions. puts me in a negative mood

I was nervous to come here for my WIC appointment because the reviews aren't great, but I was needlessly worried. This is a really nice facility and everyone I saw there was kind and friendly. They genuinely care about the people they're helping and it was a really good experience to be there.

State covid vaccine test emailed saying a local provider would contact me to be scheduled. I called the provider to make try to make sure I could get as soon as possible. They said the number would be labeled as suspected spam call. I don't pick up suspected spam calls. They said then you don't get the vaccine. Guess Southwest District Health is a scam company. They take your money but don't give a damn if you get healthier or not.
