Nice location and close to many nearby things. Service was good and Helpful front end help. The room although could use a little attention. The door was hard to close and there was mold in the shower. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Stopped for a night on a road trip with baby, and this was a great place for a family. Dog friendly, has a pool and a small arcade, and a little selection of grab and go foods for breakfast. I liked that our room had vinyl flooring--felt better about baby crawling around on a floor without old carpet stains!

Took a room, walked in and the bed was terrible. Asked the woman in charge for a refund, she agreed being we were in the room for 5 minutes. The tota was $78 and change. She told me the refund will go 24-48 hrs. Three days went buy, I called and asked because they never refunded the money. They claim is is just the “holding fee” and if I contact the manager they will tell me the same thing. We lost $78 + change and didn’t even stay in the room more than five minutes.

We've stayed at this hotel every year for the past 6 years and it has been getting worse and worse every year. When we arrived to our room, it was freezing. I took off my boots and my toes were completely numb within minutes from the cold floor. The beds were so small (Full Size) that my husband and I slept separately. There was water damage to the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and some of them were caving in. There was slime and stains on our carpet and the walls were very dirty. There were large cracks all around our door which you could see right out to the hallway. It was so loud at night, we had to wear earplugs to sleep. In the years past, this place has had an amazing breakfast. They have replaced the breakfast room with a hotel room and now offer a tiny variety of packaged, sugary items and cereal. I decided on cereal only to realize they didn't have any milk. The next morning, I went down at 7:15 for breakfast but nothing was out yet. I asked the lady at the front desk why nothing was out but she couldn't hear me because she had her headphones on. I got her attention and asked her again and she said she thought she already put everything out. I was hopefully that there would be milk but of course, there wasn't. They have completely shut down the hot tub and the pool is closed because of 'covid' but they don't inform you of that when you're making your reservation. As much as I used to enjoy this hotel, I will be looking for a new place to stay when I visit Marquette.
