Keller Hearth 'N Home is a top-notch organization. They removed an existing wood stove and installed the new gas stove. All phases of the phases of the project went well. The sales staff helped guided us to purchase the right stove. The installation was well-coordinated with updates. They arrived as scheduled. The installation crew was pleasant and skilled. They arranged for two additional people to come and remove the old stave that weighed 450 pounds. They covered the floor and left no mess or any sign that they had performed work that could create a mess. The workmanship was excellent. The gas line installation was particularly well done.

Hands down horrible people. Do not deal with these rude non-customer service folks. I called in asking about a fitting for my hot tub they said well we don’t carry your brand the fitting I need is for the pump and which is universal I went there because they said I could come look at their fittings and the gentleman if you can call him that just tells me they don’t have it and I can’t look I will never buy anything from them in the future.
