Very slow drive-thru. I put my order in online but got stopped at the first window for what felt like ages as the manager fussed with the cash box. No info given to me as the customer other than a hand up when I pulled to the window. I tend to be very understanding about fast-food conditions and would have been totally okay if I was just given a quick explanation for the delay. But the hand-up with no communication whatsoever felt very disrespectful to me. If it was a minimum wage employee it would be one thing, but from the manager I expect better customer service.

The food and service are always spot on. The drive thru folks could be groomed better, esp the long, girly fingernails on the guys, and the amount of piercings on some folks...just don't want dirt and bacteria under the nails, or jewelry pieces falling into my food.
