We have loved this place! The staff are wonderful and very helpful and over the years have become like family. The Marina is within walking distance of all the wonderful downtown amenities and the marina tenants themselves are an amazing community. This beautiful facility continues to grow and improve. Over our time with the Harborage we have seen docks added, new WiFi, new structural improvements, landscaping, parking, storage, laundry and other public space improvements along with so many other things. It’s just nice to see a place invest in raising the bar. We will miss all the wonderful people we have met there.

Staff seems very professional. Residents and slip leasors seem very friendly. Great location for me as a professional commuting to Bradenton but enjoying arts and diversity of St. Pete. I’m on the liveaboard wait list and can’t wait to get the call!!!

Best marina in St Petersburg, by far. Location is within walking distance of downtown, slips are well protected, and the docks and amenities are all high quality and up to date. Best part is the staff. They are friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping out. Great marina all around!

Very Clean marina with friendly staff & excellent amenities! Great for live aboard life style! Minutes walk from Downtown St Petersburg, Supermarket, and many shops and eateries Ample parking on site! Top Notch Sailing ⛵️ school located also at this marina with A+ instructors, and brand new sailing vessels to learn on! Highly recommended!

If you are planning an around the world trip like Magellan, I'm proud of your desire to do what so few have accomplished. I don't know much about the facilities but they looked great. Rare find. Live aboards pay an additional fee on top of the slip rental. They give that up when they quit. Most Marina's frown on owners being airbnb boats.
