It is the worst experience you can have as a patient, the attention of the employees is the worst of the worst, the waiting times already being one at your appointment at your facilities as by phone are exaggeratedly long. It was so desperate on one occasion that I contacted Dr. Gonzales directly to tell him that he had been on the phone for almost an hour waiting just to ask them about some exams and to my surprise he was more rude and rude than his employees, I told him that he had been waiting for a long time but it was too long and the doctor's response was. If you don't want to wait, hire me 3 secretaries. Super rude and very unprofessional, I don't recommend it for ANYTHING. What confidence can one have with a doctor who doesn't care how he treats his patients?

Very bad attention from the employees. The Doctor does his job. They charged an exaggerated amount of money and when you call they don't even want to give you the results. They leave you waiting for long periods of time and to top it off they hang up on you. I do not recommend at all

If they are attending without insurance
They do not answer because they only make an appointment for patients with Covid 19 or attend when they feel like it or leave you waiting on the call so you better find another doctor.
