There is no package box to drop off package or a kiosk to buy labels or stamps to ship package. Only able to ship during open hours.

The mail delivery has a tendency to misplace mail often.and nothing is done about it.make sure you mail delivery notifications. Its pretty accurate. Although I went into complain about seeing delivery person on april 28th about to deliver a letter that was supposed to be delivered but detoured across the street .never got the letter

Do not use this post office if you have any kind of disability. Calvin at the front desk will not help you, he will be very dismissive and insensitive along with argumentative If u attempt to explain to him the situation. He was extremely rude to my sister who comes here frequently and has an eye disorder causing her vision to be cloudy. He was so rude she wanted to leave and go elsewhere .

I like this post office and the gentleman who helped us mail our packages was super nice and very helpful. Saved me some shipping costs by recommending a smaller parcel size. Happy.

If the parcel locker has two different key holes make sure you try them both - common mistake. If that’s not the issue the call your post office and explain the situation and they’ll be able to contact your carrier to further assist you.
Change of address requests are not processed at your local post office. Also, it's the responsibility of the mail carriers to hold a customer's mail.
Like can you have people send mail to there and you pick it up
You may be able to do it at USPS.COM, but I recommend going directly to your local office and request that the hold be terminated.
