Got a great quote for roof replacement and removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. The office staff were very easy to work with and responded quickly to our requests. The crew was polite, and easy to work with. They did a great job on our roof and reinstalled the panels correctly. The only thing I would say is that the crew needed to be a little more detailed on the clean up. Other than that, they did a great job.

In December of last year, 2021, I received my solar system back. The installation went well and quickly. The project manager assisted me in determining the ideal system size for my residence. When I discovered that my system's monitoring wasn't functioning last month, they immediately restored it to full functionality. Someone was dispatched to my location to explain how to read my statement and show me just how much money my system is saving me. Strongly advised; excellent service.

Hey Fay, We looked into your file so I could give you accurate info. The solar system should be on soon, we have sent all proper documentation over to the power company. As far as the roof it looks like you have already spoke to Rob (EHS project manager) about your roof. Per your insurance company the roof issue has nothing to do with Efficient Home Services or its install. The roof is extremely aged in certain areas which means it needs a re-roof in those areas.
