Credit There are certain requirements that have to be met. Including, no evictions, no debt to landlord, etc. However, we cannot know if someone will get approved or denied without running the application and credit with background.
Please contact the community for current resident screening criteria. They normally offer a bit higher security deposit based on your credit.
