Any front desk person that works in this place is miserable and has poor customer service (past and present employees). Recently brought in my new RV for a free assessment of the lighting system which they did absolutely no work other than look at the lights for 10 minutes and inform me how they worked. They did not even address the light that was not working AT All, because they lack attention to detail. Bottom line, after an insultingly expensive estimate on an additional issue in question - I turned down the estimate for any work. They must really need the money to ruin the reputation and potential for way more business because only then did they hold my keys hostage and charge me $79 for .4hrs of labor. Clearly unethical and you should take your business elsewhere as there are plenty of alternative local options.

Nice clean place my first time there I had my RV serviced there I called made an appointment gave her my info about the RV she gave me a quote for everything 2 new batteries when I got the invoice the price was about $300 more when I questioned it she said I told her it was a sprinter now why would I give her that info so that they would have to go hunting for the right parts but the worst was when I questioned it the women in the back office was very rude & said that I gave them the wrong info I will recommend them just make sure you have them tell you back the info that you gave them is correct. PS the mechanic is very neat & thorough.

I am so happy with the repair they did on the electrical problems in my motor home. When they were done they cleaned everything up, even to my standards. They are easy to work with and I will recommend them to everyone.

What a great couple that owns this business. I was on a trip and had my RV generator quit working. They got me in quick and fixed my problem the same day. As if that wasn't enough, they also found multiple other issues and corrected them as well. They did all of this and got me back on the road in the time frame that I needed. Despite all of the repairs needed my trip was not delayed even one minute. Another thing worth mentioning is that the technicians working on my RV were very sincere and genuine. One of the technicians working on my RV took a minute out of his busy day to come chat with me real quick (without me even requesting it) and assure me that he would resolve my issues and get me back on the road. This kind of customer service is pretty much unheard of these days. I am completely impressed by your company and employees. I may have to visit The Villages more often just to have my RV services taken care of by your company. Many thanks to you all!
