Nice Apartment buttt... the problem is tenets only get 1 parking spot and they only have 3 visitors spaces, which are always full. So if you have 2 cars which most families do or you have guest your screwed. Each tenet is given a tow company card if someone is in your spot and they immediately tow.

I have never written a review before, but I felt like I had to share this with anyone who is considering moving to Wildwood Persevere. STAY AWAY from this place! It has the worst parking situation, and that’s coming from a guy who moved here from Chicago. I was living in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment only brings 1 assigned parking spot. The complex has 4 guest parking spots and whoever makes it there first can have their car parked safely for the night. If you are one of the unlucky ones that does not get a guest parking spot in time you will have to park a few blocks away at the public parking lot. There is a tow truck almost every night towing someone’s car. I also don’t recommend this location for people who are single because you cannot invite guests due to the parking situation. Please don’t move here, you will regret it

I absolutely love it here but the parking is outrageous. You can only have one car on the premises per apartment home. There is NO additional parking. I have a 3 bedroom apartment.... so evidently, I have more than one car. I am from Alabama so we have to use free public parking for my cars. (Safety issue) My car is parked about 30 minutes away from the apartment. There are little to none guest parking, which means I can not have anyone over without them being towed. This was poorly planned. This is a really beautiful place but it is hard to take in when I am constitutionally hearing tow trucks come and go.

Started off with about 10 guest parking spots, over 100 unit complex, and now we are down to what 4? Ridiculous, awful planning, awful handling, and management absolutely does not care because they are moving in herds of people with multiple cars and not enough spaces. Money hungry. Ripping up the very limited guest parking we already have every week it seems. People who live here are getting towed because of these parking issues. I guess they think people don't have friends or family. And there are always the same few cars parked in the guest spots for days on end, but they won't do anything about that. And now they have fake people giving this place good reviews. I think it is the staff.

Ok so it's accually my daughter's apartment and it is very nice. I think she pays 1,300 a month and that includes everything but electric. Yes cable water and valet trash pick up. Very nice area with huge entertainment complex near bye. The only issue is the parking you can only have one car, no additional spaces are available there is a waiting list for a spot and I'm sure everyone is on it. If you park in someone else's spot the complex gives you a business card when you move in, so they will come immediately and tow. So forget about guest parking. We double park behind my daughter's car because her spot is on the end. That's the only negative I have on the place. Good luck if you need any more information please feel free to ask.
I am a Tennant as well. Where is the pool dug? I haven't ventured out and walked around much but I'd love to see this hole in the ground.
