I am a Tennant as well. Where is the pool dug? I haven't ventured out and walked around much but I'd love to see this hole in the ground.
I am just a Tennant not management but the gym is really tiny and the pool is dug but empty at the moment. I suggest you ask to read the lease before you rent. I wish I did. Just suggesting.
