Called direct number to make sure they were open on Saturday as I have a very important package going out that day. Gentleman who promptly answered the phone not only confirmed that they would be open until noon but that the mailbox outside would be picked up at two pm if I needed some additional time. Thank you for helping me out.

Camille is extremely rude to customers and always has an attitude. The older gentleman is very nice but I hate when I have to deal with Camille. I don’t understand someone who works customer service and is rude. Get a different job

USPS does not deliver to my physical address. I try to use the appropriate address depending on which service will be delivering my package but sometimes that useful info is not available. If ups or fed ex attempts to deliver a package to the post office, they return it as undeliverable even though an amoeba could likely muster up enough common sense to simply deliver it in the correct po box! One time one of my packages was never returned nor did I recieve it. I went in to inquire, as per tracking the post office is where the package was left. I was spoken to in a very condescending manner for not knowing the standard operating procedures of package delivery. Oh well. Guess I'm just supposed to quietly accept spending two hundred dollars for nothing.
