I'm a single female 33yrs old on disability and I cannot do physical work anymore, I'm currently receiving disability payments each month and I recently left where I was before, section 8 isn't taking applications, any help please!

Being 62+ is just not true from my understanding and according to their website last I checked it was housing for 62+ AND disabled. At this point it seems society wants the disabled to crawl up into a hole or live in a homeless shelter. I, for one, and being disabled — simply refuse to do either. We NEED to go to our state reps and our Governor about our horrible lack of housing! We are the last to do a civil rights movement…. Women, people of color, LGBTQ+ NOW it must be us!
