After 16 years living here Terrible management from Office' just now. The Mold in the walls😨. No Bueno. ALSO after 16 years i can not Walk in the property or im going under arrest Office is 👎just wrong

Horrible service in the office they have a program but they won’t wait on the program to pay the bill for u and it’s not right they also have bad maintenance and steals money

They to lazy to work on anything and the office doesn’t know how to maintain money they steal money and make you do irrelevant stuff I don’t not recommend here

My A/C has been out since 4/12/21. Two weeks and my air still doesn't work, I checked the residential portal and it says it was complete on 14th, that is a lie my a/c hasn't been touched and office personnel will not answer phone line. I left a message with emergency line still nothing. I shouldn't have to keep spending money on hotel room because my apartment is hot I can't even cook in there it's so hot. I pay full rent on time every month and deserve to be comfortable in my place. Seriously thinking about going to local news, Facebook and BBB this is ridiculous
