I tried to get information about the facility but the customer service is awful. The woman that answered was friendly but she could not give me information, she had me leave a message. They did not call me back. So I called again and just missed them. The security guard answered and interrupted me as I was speaking to tell me "I was too late and he can not help me". There was no taking a message. So I called a third time, spoke to a gentleman that had only been there for a few weeks. He friendly but was not sure on a few questions but in the end he took my address to mail me information and also my email address to email me a video tour. Neither happened. So it leaves me to feel if they cannot get the information out on potentially moving in, the care would end up being the same way. Thankfully there are other facilities that sent me information and followed up.

Stay away from this place. This place treats the elderly horrible and are very dishonest. The staff there lie, scam, and cheat the seniors living there and when you speak up to advocate for your loved one, they then bully the elderly. I finally moved my mom out and once again they have cheated my mom by withholding $1770.00 deposit that was given when she moved in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
