After being a resident 10 years ago, I am getting threatening legal notices!? It is true, the manager is text book inappropriate. He liked me, but not in a good way. When I broke my arm, it took awhile to catch up on my rent. I was told to find someplace else to live. Which I did. Now, I am getting threatening legal notices...after 10 years? Put it all together & it's probably not a good rental choice if you value privacy, safety and a sense of security. Be careful with this one.

The manager, Ted, is creepy. He definitely crossed several boundaries when I lived there in 2013. A couple that lived across from me upstairs was nosy and the husband tried to force himself on me. There is a cockroach problem and a flooding problem in the patios of the left apartments. The ac units are loud af too. I couldn't sleep with mine on. Also, the fence in 113 was broken when I moved in. Js.

Good place to live, landlord (and landlady) are very nice and laid back. Building is a bit dated but they take care of it. Its clean and the neighbors are quiet and nice as well. Mix of an older folks and some young adults. Parking and front of the building has surveillance so I always got my packages which was awesome, and didnt have to worry about my car. Moved after a year due to family but would highly recommend. One downside is that it is close to the fire station so might get a jump when a siren goes off over there. (2 times I noticed while living there)

Ted, the manager, is scary. He also, in my opinion, seems to be somewhat brain damaged. Some of the women who have lived there have expressed that he seemed to be pretty creepy, at times. Ladies, do you really want to live somewhere where you are scared of the manager crossing over your personal boundaries, without permission (see other reviews, where one wrote about her experience with just that)? Really, do you? Property is nice, and as other have said, is pretty well maintained. Management, in my opinion, is borderline sick. They say things, and then you find out that they can do the opposite, and not feel one bit bad about misrepresenting what they said. My experience was that while I was there, Ted seemed to be more than a bit untrustworthy! Just a feeling that I had. I would not want to live there after knowing all that I now know. Also, the train, at times (like at night), can be a REAL nuisance. Complex looks great, but do your homework BEFORE you move in, or else, you may be sorry.

Hi.Kate.you really need to get a list from your local housing authority.so much has changed here in clearwater.sounds like your mom may be eligible for a 2/ 3 bedroom.and alot if properties are now 55 plus that may not allow the kids. or the lab..good luck.you may need to do some ground work.
You need to get with the land Lord and ask. They post on craigslist generally.
