I have lived out here for 15 years. The last manager has allowed this property to become run down. Thankfully she is no longer there and hopefully we get someone who wants to make improvements to the property and who treats residents with respect. The awnings needs power washing to remove the mold build up. This used to be done annually. We used to get mulch seasonally along with tree trimming. This has also fell out. Miyosi and Michelle are very helpful, friendly and care about the residents. Hopefully corporate gets someone in with the same mindset. Who treats residents as residents and not place silly rules such as keep your porch light on every night or you'll get a $50 fine. All in all I have been out here many years and as long as the manager is good the property will improve. The apartment units are nice units and still one of the affordable complexes in the area.

(A must read review. Poor management and mold issues ) If I can give this place a negative I would. I have been here for 3 years now. I moved in at 750 and now I pay 850 for a 2/1.That's my first issue rent goes up. 2nd issue their staff can be way more professional. When I first moved in I had issues with the Manager being very rude and disrespectful. Upon move in I was told that my pet cannot be over 50 pounds we took him to the vet he checked out that he was 49 pounds exact. We then took on another dog that was a lot smaller he was only 15 pounds or maybe even 10. To be honest we didn't pay the pet fee for the second pet so I received a notice on the door saying that we need to pay a pet fee for him to stay. So we said OK no problem we were able to follow through with that we payed the pet fee and we thought that was that. Come to find out six months later we receive a notice on our door stating that we have breached our lease due to a second pet being on the property and the weight limit was over 50 pounds. Mind you this was the first time that I have ever heard of a two dog weight limit we were under the impression that it was separate. They gave us seven days to leave the property. So I talked to the manager above Goldie who was the previous manager before. And I explain to them the situation I explain I explained this so much to Goldie until I was blue in the face. But after I spoke to the hiring manager and showed them proof that they excepted my pet fee and they didn't disclose any of that information that it wasn't fair. The manager above Goldie said the weight limit is now 70 pounds it was OK for both of my dogs to stay and we also still had a home. After all of this occurred I got the worst attitudes from the staff. But She is no longer here. Not that it's any better they hired a new Manager who I feel is 10 times worse. My 3rd issue, I am dealing with MOLD I have a son who is highly allergic to it and he has really bad asthma. I have been complaing about the mold for a while now. I just sent in a letter to them expressing if they do not fix the mold issue I will be withholding my rent. It's like they keep putting a band aid over the mold issue. The first time they assessed the mole situation the maintenance guy said it wasn't mold all he did was put a probe in the wall and told me that it wasn't mold. The second time they came in all they did was change out the air filter. The third time they came in all they did was put in a dehumidifier to take out some of the moisture in the air. They did not try to find where the mold was coming from to fix the major issue. I sent them more information about the mold issue and they haven't even attempted to fix it. Until tomorrow where I guess they're going to go into the air conditioning unit and put some type of chemical to tomorrow where I guess it will kill the mold. If I'm understanding this correctly. But this is after all the times I've mentioned to them that the small minor things that they were doing wasn't working and I'm not sure if this is even going to work. It took me to threaten them to withhold rent from them for them to put another band aid over it. Now our furniture is completely damaged, our clothes reek of mold, and our son has the hardest time breathing. It took them 2 years to try and resolve this issue. Ontop of the fact the manger told Me I was wasting her time when I tried to resolve the issue with her. She talks over you and she's very disrespectful. She obviously has no compassion for this job. This is people lives she dealing with. She should understand my frustrations instead of defending herself. Mold is a toxic substance. I feel like they don't care about the health of there tenants because I have a few neighbors that also have mold issues as well. The Manager also wants me to pay 25$ for a trash fee that I don't need to pay. She is claiming I left garbage outside. When I just set my garbage can outside to clean my floors. Now she's saying I can't pay my rent until the trash fee is paid. If I were you I would not Move here.

Wow, Desiree the leasing consultant made my move in so easy and stress free. She really is informative and let me know all the details and rules and regulations that is expected of a tenant and of the community. My apartment was clean, only minor things needed to be done (like new screens or some of my windows). My neighbors seem pleasant enough, I keep to myself because I work. There are children playing, but that is expected since it is summer. I saw security driving at night. Mostly peaceful and so far so good.

This community is not as bad as everyone is making it on these reviews. They probably are people getting evicted. Anyway, I have lived here a year so far and I will be renewing my lease. You cannot find better prices anywhere. People, TAKE CARE OF WHERE YOU LIVE! Simple as that, clean your apartment and keep it well maintained and you would not have a problem. The women in the office try very hard to keep it all together and have done a great job. The building have just been painted and carpets have been replaced. Stop spreading gossip.
