My car wasn't available so they supposedly gave me a free upgrade but it was a disappointment...the interior light wouldn't go off while you were driving and I drove to the bay ares at night also the cruise control didn't work and it was very difficult maintaining a speed ..the total was 182 for the weekend they charged me 123 but made me feel it was somehow my fault. The next time I need a rental (Sept 15-17) I will rent thru someone else

Hope you’re not trying to get a hold of management because if you are you won’t. I’ve been in a rental for 4 months and getting a hold of management is like pulling teeth. I’ve called and left 5 messages throughout the hours of 8am-5pm for management to call me back and never got a call back even though they said they would get back to me in an hour. This wasn’t just a one day occurrence it was many days throughout my 4 month rental. Also had many mechanical or intense smell inside cars and had to trade cars multiple times. I will say that Rigo was great at finding me a car that fit my needs so that was awesome!

If you hav tha app u can contact them by way of email or text and they will respond back to u.
If you use a debit card you will need 2 bills with your name on it also they take out the cost of the rental plus 200 dollars. It's best to make a reservation if possible
