Super rude. Do not use them use uber or Lyft. First dispatcher hung up on me second one was just rude in general when I was being really nice.

Same thing hung up on me when I just because I couldn’t understand what a question was about my location. Called back and I’ve been waiting for my cab for an hour and a half. And it’s not the first time! Late for work

This Company deserves a ZERO Rating. I will write a separate review but it goes beyond "RUDE." It actually will speak to safety concerns for women and how management (Chuck) does not respond to complaints. A perfect way for litigation to occur.
