NW Medical supplies is one of the absolute worse businesses I have ever dealt with.. !! The turned me into collections due to a mix up between sleep studies. NW medical wanted me to return the c pap machine. I was told by my Doctor not to return it, I even had a Doctors order stating that I was not to return the machine due to me having lost a quarter of my heart muscle and my life would be at risk. The company did not care and turned me in anyway which damaged my credit. And to top it off, once the issues with the sleep study were corrected, NW Medical got paid from Medicare/Medicade for the machine. That is unacceptable and is double dipping. No wonder they have such a low rating.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with any company. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but I'm adding my voice to the others here, because their billing is an absolute nightmare. They'd quote one price over the phone, and then charge another on my credit card; suddenly charge a second time for an item months after I'd already paid; even charge for items that I'd merely *exchanged* because Northwest had *sent me the wrong size in the first place*. The amount of time I've spent resolving these issues is astounding - no less than 7 calls, even though I'd only bought CPAP supplies from them 3 times. Those 3 visits turned into a year-long ordeal and a billing nightmare! Even after I'd confirmed that everything was paid in full - and gotten a confirmation number - another surprise bill arrived months later *for the exact same items I'd just disputed and resolved*. More calls to get them to (successfully) reverse the charges. As others have stated, they don't return phone calls. Worse yet, after their billing department promised twice to resolve some of the issues and call back, they never called back, but instead sent letters threatening me with collections. (And I'm one of those absurdly responsible people who pays every bill in full immediately each month - I've never had a single collection in 46 years.) Again, they eventually reversed these charges...but not after I had to spend significantly more time on the phone. If I could give them negative stars I would. I now buy all my CPAP supplies through Amazon; they're half the cost of what Northwest Medical charges and come without the billing headaches. Stay clear of this company.

As many others have stated, they by far provide the worst customer service experience one could imagine (seriously). It starts with NEVER answering the phone and NEVER calling back, and goes to not having the right sized supplies on hand but trying to talk you into using a different size and somehow making that work... oh, and let's not forget the weird billing department (which is located somewhere in the lower 48)... the individuals I have dealt with were almost always nice people, but man, the whole operation is SO unprofessional and therefore very frustrating to deal with. I am transferring my prescription to a competitor.

just wanted one small replacement part for my husband's cpap. it turned into a 6 week ordeal. when they finally processed the order the salesperson had ordered 7 replacement parts. which was one of everything. even wrote on the sales order what was wrong with the parts that she had ordered. which she made up the circumstances for the insurance to pay. I had to return the I ordered products the next day. they had messed up on the insurance billing twice. then when I believe that I was being double billed no one could explain the charges. all sorts of red flags are going up. two weeks later my daughter needs her first machine, no way will I go here ever again I chose a different company to get my supplies from.

Yes, you can get a copy of your records. Just call and request a copy of them. It might take a few days since they may have to come from their corporate office depending on how long you have been with them.
Under staffed and over worked.
ProCare Home Medical is probably your best option for that. 4215 Credit Union Drive Anchorage, Alaska 99503 Phone: 907-274-0770 Fax: 907-274-0773
