Had an appointment for 9am, showed up a few min early, they got me in right at 9 and out exactly an hour later. I waited and there was a TV in the lobby. Window worked amazingly well. Right after it was installed I went for a 5 hour drive through a rain storm. Only precaution they have is no car washes with jets for 24 hours. It been raining for a week straight, no issues with the window. Great install during poor weather.

I typically don't enjoy any services in anchorage. But I had such an easy time making an appointment, getting in and out of my appointment on time, my entire payment was taken care of by insurance. To top it all off the employees here are awesome! Everyone gave great customer service, took time to answer my questions, and made sure I was in and out within the hour. Definitely recommend if you have a chipped windshield!

Quick and professional service provided by the Safelite Team. It took them 30 minutes to repair two rock chip on my vehicle. The repair was covered by my insurance company. Waiting area was clean and presentable. They provided a courtesy reminder call a day prior to my scheduled appointment which was great.
