WORST STARBUCKS! My boyfriend ordered a drink and because there’s a sleeve we didn’t see the order was wrong until too late, he was allergic to what he didn’t request in his drink. He asked for a French vanilla oat milk latte and gave him a “vanilla oat milk latte with hazelnut syrup”. “Hazelnut syrup”?! How does that get randomly added to a drink?! Thank god we had allergy pills and an epiPen!

Extremely clean establishment and the drinks are great too. What makes this Starbucks special is the exceptional customer service. I didn't catch the exact name of the woman helping me. I believe her name was Kiera or something close to that. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied and went above and beyond for me.

Really surprised to see how much of the seating they closed off, a whole large section totally closed off for social distancing? Plenty of space for 3-4 tables and still be far enough apart. I used to like coming here to study, bummed I'll have to find another place.

Good service. It's weird how seating is all currently roped off due to COVID right now. In that regard, it didn't exactly feel like a coffee shop, but more like a coffee walk-through.
