They gave us great and fast service, they were very communicative which is always appreciate it, and so far have had zero issues with the dish. The person that went to install it was very professional, understanding of our circumstances and issues, and was accommodating. The reviews don't do them justice in my opinion.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I have had better service from a call center in India. Not a single person at this company is helpful in any way. The best advise I got was from their install technician who advised me to get internet tv and drop The Dish. He only told me that because he didnt want to get on the roof and do the actual installation. Horrible, horrible company.

I would give them lower if possible. Customer service girls are terrible. If they don’t like what you have to say they argue and put you onto a recorded message. A sells guy took my info along with SS and never called back. I was trying to stop them from running my credit being as I will not be using them.

Most enjoyable installation I have ever had. Installer was very professional and helpful. David insured that all systems were working properly and explained all the equipment to me and insured I understood all of it.
