Very helpful in making sure my mom would make her final destination .I appreciate the time they allowed me to sit with my mom's cremains before I let her go. I know even though my mom chose a direct cremation, no fussiness over her..she would be so pleased with the care she received. You can simply give us a call to make an appointment, we collect the information needed for the death certificate as well as completing the authorization for cremation. That way family does not need to worry about handling paperwork when the time comes. You can go a step further and pay for the cremation as well, either all at once or monthly payments. The money is held in trust with Homesteaders Life Company until the time of the passing.
I really don't know, my wife's cousin passed away so it was my wife's family that set up the cremation. I'd give them a call to check
