Missed pickup last week, due to a payment issue. Both of my garbage cans was full to over flow. We gad additional bags on the ground. He picked up my garbage on of my bag had a hole some of the garbage spilled out. Driver picked up every last piece. I consider this kudos for this driver.

Tried to call to find out how to get to recycling since the construction on Dowling Rd doesn't make this easy. Phone rang and rang and no one answered. Went on website to the CONTACT section and sent a note, which was answered within a few hours. Do appreciate that, but it would be nice if someone answered their phone.
