I put my granddaughter on my will, and thinking that I should also do a quick claim deed I made one for her, but she is only 16yrs. old, if I want to sell the property do I need her to sign or her parents for authorization to sell?

After a search of OCPA records, a Google search turns this up: Importantly, a life estate cannot be revoked. Therefore, once a person sets up his or her ownership of a property in a life estate, he or she cannot sell or otherwise dispose of the home. You may be set in your situation.
