A Chris Douglas called me and made me feel attacked even when I tried explaining to him that I felt uncomfortable with what he has asking me and asked to speak to a supervisor and he obviously put a close coworker on the phone who kept singing his praise instead of understanding the issue. I suggest they let females call females I don't care how long you worked there....

I go here for my prenatal care and they do such an amazing job! The front desk lady is so sweet, my nurse Bernice is awesome and Sabrina the head nurse is just so amazing! I love you all. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my baby. I’ll see you in three weeks. Thank you so much again.

Called and made an appointment on January 25 for my son to get one shot. Appointment was made for February 4,2021 at 4:00 pm . Showed up no one was available and when they did find someone she said there is no appointment scheduled AND they’re not making new appointments. I am livid, waiting weeks for this imaginary appointment, waking up to come here since I work nights for nothing. This place should be shut down or restaffed because they are completely useless! I’d rather pay out of pocket at this point than have to deal with these idiots.

All I can say is the people who work here really hate there job and a work as slow a possible and have a bad additive. Be prepared to wait. Even if you have a appointment. You would think they would schedule people to come in at the right time so everythijng would go faster. Be prepared to wait 2 hours or more
