This is by far the WORST plato’s closet ever. They are never accepting new buys to the store because they are “too busy”. Do not waste your time driving out to bring clothes into the store because they will not accept them. There are plenty of other plato’s stores in the area that do a better job of taking clothes all day long!!!

I came in at 12pm on Sunday and was told it’d be about 3-4 hours to wait for my selling of clothes. I came in at 3 hours and browsed around after they told me it’d be another hour and a half. I went to another store came back and still had to wait with attitude from the ladies and my bag had been in the same spot since I dropped it off.I then waited and I thought they were done so I was by the counter and was asked if I needed help I responded that I was waiting she then told me I can’t wait around the counter, rudely. No smiles. I’m still waiting at 5:30pm.
