Placed an order over the phone, I asked if I could get the order within an hour. I was told No, agreed it was fine only to find out there was a big misunderstanding. I waited the minimum two hours it takes to get your order ready( BTW it was for two shirts) drove 30 mins to find out my order was canceled. I never told anybody to cancel my order. I paid somebody to drive and pick up my order since they couldn’t have my order ready for two hours. I explained the situation to customer service and asked if I could please have the order since my wife was outside there warehouse. They said there was nothing they could do, I had to go through there warehouse which was again another two hour wait. And at this time I wasn’t going to receive my order until the next business day. They could’ve made things right. All I needed was two shirts

I pick up my supplies for my online retail tshirt business here and the staff is always on top of everything. They make running my business easier. Great job!

I would not recommend them. This is the second time I have used them to have my shirts not here on time when paying extra to have them here first thing in the morning. They push the blame elsewhere and cant do anything. Well TSF Sports ware im sorry for trying this company again shame on me. NEVER AGAIN!

By far the worst company to deal with, customer services is horrible. Received quoted pricing and after receiving the 5,000 piece order and receiving the invoice the prices were all wrong! We had an issue with pricing from them a year ago and started buying our shirts from a different vendor, after they called us 100 times we thought we would give them another chance, BIG MISTAKE.
