This passport service center / post office is top notch. Supervisor Sharon McCollum went out of her way to help a family member get a last minute appointment after loosing her passport. I cannot thank her enough for her customer service. Also, this post office is one of the only post offices in Orlando that actually answers their phone when you call. It's the simple little things that make this post office the best around and I have to give props to the management team here and the staff for a job well done. THANK YOU!!!

They require scheduling appointments for passports. Called everyday for 4 days and never received an answer. Arrived on a Friday and stood in the passport line. Was asked if I had an appointment. When I replied no, the representative started walking away. I had to let her know that I've been calling for four days and never received an answer. She was able to schedule an appointment one month out. Save yourself some time and you'll receive much better customer service at the Orange county clerk of courts.

Don't bother calling the phone number provided. I will just ring and ring and ring. I tried to call 4 different times to cancel an appointment I had with them. Another government run wast of money.

Yes if one of the parents become a us citizen I believe the child automatically becomes us citizen if they are under 18 and already living in us with resident alien card but if child is still out the us there might be other things that need to be done first
